Cheeseburger Slides
Try these mini versions of classic cheeseburgers, perfect for appetizers, parties, or casual meals.

Ingredients
- 2 Lbs Ground beef
- ⅓ Cup Chopped onion
- 1 Tsp Minced garlic
- ⅛ Tsp Salt
- ¼ Tsp Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 6 Slices Colby jack cheese
Topping
- 4 Tbsp Melted butter
- 1 Tsp Garlic powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, onions, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
- Make 6 small burgers, slightly larger than your Hawaiian rolls. Burgers will shrink as they cook.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and place burgers.
- Bake at 375° for 15-17 minutes.
- While burgers are cooking, in a small microwaveable dish, make topping by melting the butter and add garlic powder. Mix and set aside.
- Once burgers are cooked, place each one on a bun, add cheese, then align on parchment paper again.
- Use a basting brush to brush topping on each bun.
- Warm in oven for 3 minutes or once cheese is melted.
