Ingredients
  

  • 2 Lbs Ground beef
  • Cup Chopped onion
  • 1 Tsp Minced garlic
  • Tsp Salt
  • ¼ Tsp Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 Slices Colby jack cheese

Topping

  • 4 Tbsp Melted butter
  • 1 Tsp Garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, onions, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
  • Make 6 small burgers, slightly larger than your Hawaiian rolls. Burgers will shrink as they cook.
  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and place burgers.
  • Bake at 375° for 15-17 minutes.
  • While burgers are cooking, in a small microwaveable dish, make topping by melting the butter and add garlic powder. Mix and set aside.
  • Once burgers are cooked, place each one on a bun, add cheese, then align on parchment paper again.
  • Use a basting brush to brush topping on each bun.
  • Warm in oven for 3 minutes or once cheese is melted.
